Who operates this website

WodWave is a SavePraxis product. The operator is OHE Services Inc., a British Columbia, Canada company. For website privacy questions, contact info@savepraxis.com.

When you browse

This website does not have an account form, checkout, advertising pixel or application-level analytics. It is hosted on Vercel. Hosting and security services may process technical request information such as your IP address, browser information and requested page to deliver and protect the website. See Vercel’s privacy notice for information about its processing.

Your theme preference

The light/dark choice is stored in your browser under wodwave-theme-v1. This preference is not sent to a WodWave account or advertising service. You can remove it by clearing this website’s browser data.

When you contact us

The contact links open your own email app; no message is submitted by this website. If you email us, we receive the address and information you choose to send so we can respond to your enquiry. Please do not send health information, payment-card details or member lists in an initial enquiry. Email and hosting providers may process information outside Canada.

Questions and requests

You can ask what information we hold about your enquiry, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern by emailing the address above. Any information we must retain for legal obligations or an ongoing matter may need to be kept. We will explain relevant limitations when responding.

Future application use

The gym application will have separate information about accounts, memberships, workouts, payments and privacy before onboarding gym or athlete data. Illustrative screens and proposed pilot prices on this website are not a completed purchase or an account registration.
